Len,
I am enjoying your podcast very much. I am a dedicated e-book reader who doesn\'t yet have an e-book reader. I read on my pen tablet, notebook and my mobile phone - not an iPhone unfortunately. I will be getting the new larger Kindle when it becomes available. I am very interested in it\'s textbook capabilities.

I would like to add my vote for 30 minutes or less on the podcast length. Keep it focused. Do two if you have a lot to say. I fit podcasts in on drives, walks and boring repetitive tasks, all of which I try to keep to 30 minutes. Doesn\'t always work - but it is good to be able to listen to the entire show within one activity.

Thanks for your excellent efforts - though you are making the wait for the new Kindle very difficult.

Re: iPod vs. Kindle

If I remember correctly, the original iPod was only compatible with Macintosh computers, which really narrowed the consumer base, so I\'m not surprised they only sold 300,000+ in the first year it was available. Seems to me Amazon has also artificially narrowed its consumer base by only selling the device through its own on-line store. If Amazon were to allow the Kindle\'s sale through partner brick-and-mortars, sales would have (possibly) as large a jump as Apple did when they started selling the iPod to PC users.

Another great episode, Len!

I attended the webinar that Joe Wikert did yesterday and really enjoyed getting a publisher-side perspective of the Kindle. He truly is pro-Kindle and those of us who have adopted this wonderful piece of tech can only hope that other publishing professionals will embrace the Kindle as much as Joe has. I only wish that there was something that we, as consumers, could do to let more of the publishing industry hear our voices. Thanks to Joe and Len for such great Kindle support via their blogs and podcasts.

Just found your podcast and am really enjoying the tips your interviewees share. I agree with Heather on the 30 minute length; it\'s a perfect listen. Keep up the good work!
